The answer to your statement lies right inside those two quote marks above already.
More people have seen what CATV has, and they don't like what they see. They are not going to step up.This has been pumped going into 3 weeks now.
You're taking the stock in a small, given context but missing the economics of the stock as a whole.
In what world does a Nobel prize winning scientist join forces with a garbage, worthless penny stock ran by an immigration lawyer?
In what world does a "biotech company (Genetic Networks)" sell their "innovative and groundbreaking" platform to a garbage, worthless penny stock instead of a prestigious pharmaceutical company?
I will once again say this, price and value have already been, for the most part, accepted at their normative junction.
A "screening platform acquisition" isn't going to make this stock skyrocket. I'm not sure why it would. Never seen it happen.
3 lawsuits (one already lost). Contaminated nursery. No revenues. 10 years this guy has been dealing in cannabis with nothing to show for it.
I've said it before.... When a one-person company calls themselves "chairman" of that company, without question, it always fails.

There arrival coincides with the CEO paying a company called Corporate Ad's Inc. to write pump garbage articles on rag OTC websites. According to Corporate Ads website the deal between CATV and them was $3,000 cash and 40 Series B shares.
Are they linked? I have no idea. I guess I would say "no."
If I had to make an educated guess, I believe someone that's been here a while "reached out" to these pumpers in some way, shape or form.
The problem is those that are stuck pre-CE here are not getting out even with these pumpers.
I've seen this play here in the OTC among other biotech's. It's called "screening platform acquisition." Most people have no idea what exactly it is.
It never goes anywhere. Neither does the pump.
Economics is a much more powerful force then pumpers. The price people see now has, for the most part, already been absorbed (factored) into the "value." The game plan has already been formed (and is still being formed) by those that understand it and are waiting.
But I never stop laughing at hearing people say, "hurry up and buy the cheap shares they won't be here for long!" Funny, they said that at $.0026. Now it's $.00175.
