The Company was informed on 8 February 2011 that, on the same day, Mike Taylor, 
a director of the Company, transferred 109,744 ordinary shares held by him to 
his SIPP at a price of 23.5p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 8,984,534 ordinary shares, representing approximately 23.1 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in 
treasury).
