The Company was informed on 18 October 2010 that, on the same day, Mike Taylor, 
a director of the Company, transferred 87,841 ordinary shares held by him to 
his SIPP at a price of 22p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 8,984,534 ordinary shares, representing approximately 23.1 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 38,900,702 ordinary shares of 
1 penny each.
