Hey MAGA, thank you for your very informative post! I agree, whoever bought it early this morning from the sellers looked prepared to take it in. According to level 2 there had been several very large bidders at work who kept jumping in. It certainly was no chicken scratch lol.

I appreciate the info about the OTCQB compliance requirements. I think Management knows this and they are being coy until any new acquisition or major contracts are in place. Should the news be big then it could run very quickly to over 01 as I have seen it many times in the past with these baby stocks. :)

We are the front loaders right now. Too many people have squirreled in the otc lately. The novice squirrels will regret not buying down here. Patients pays here. Bubbles are forming.. we should be boiling over here soon! Exciting times.

Thx sub. With the exception of a few flippers, I don't think retail is selling. However, from what I can gather, it still appears that somebody or somebodies are still trying to load cheap. Because of this, I think we'll continue seeing this "yo-yo" action (Red/Green, Up/Down, Green/Red, Down/Up, etc...), as "they" try to shake some cheap shares loose leading up to the BIG news.

Personally, I think we're close to that BIG news and can't wait to see what it is and what it does. Right now we're sitting at an MC less than $6M. Based on our current SS, for us to move to OTCQB, that MC needs to jump to just shy of $19M (roughly 333% increase); And that's just to be eligible for QB. I doubt they'd want to risk sitting at exactly .01, so I'm expecting to move higher than 0.01 with the move to QB. Guess we'll see.....

This sector & tech are only going to hotter, so consider everyone here now "the lucky ones."

Like I posted 1-2 months ago, IMO the accumulation here over the past year tells the story. Somebody's been loading for quite some time, leading me to believe that we'll see a significant BOOM at some point.

The company seems to believe they will have the progress and news to get this over .01 since a OTCQB uplist is one of the goals. Let’s hope so!

Yep, SEC reporting with plans for OTCQB when over .01. Decent share structure. Doesn’t get much better in otc land.

I agree. They have a large facility for enormous growth. The person who told me about this Company over the weekend said they have something huge in the works and will put out news once it's complete. We shall see :)

I’m just wondering why they are saying they need to uplist but not giving out suitable information to get to a penny. No press releases, just tweets. We will be here in this range for while if until then.

that there has to be more… why would the ceo go

through all the trouble of re-listing his stock and

shares…. Only to show dropping sales… which

dropped again by 40% last qtr…. So, the same

question again here a year later…. There has to

Yup. If the CEO honestly believes we should be OTCQB (minimum BID of .01), then it's up to him to paint the required picture that gets us there. So far, he seems to be doing just that. More will be needed, however, if advances are to soundly drown-out the declines. IMO.
