During New York afternoon deals on Tuesday, the US dollar traded further higher against major European currencies. As of now, the greenback is trading near new multi-day highs of 1.2660 against the euro, 0.9490 versus the Swiss franc and 1.5744 against the British pound from Monday's closing values of 1.2819, 0.9374 and 1.5838, respectively.
