WebMD Health Corp. (WBMD) is considering a sale of part or all
of the company, and has held talks with potential buyers, the
Financial Times reported Thursday on its website, citing people
familiar with the situation.
Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. (WBA) and UnitedHealth Group Inc.
(UNH) are potential bidders for WedMD, the people told the
Financial Times.
