Brazil Steelmaker CSN Offers About $3 Billion for Two ThyssenKrupp Plants -Bloomberg

Brazilian steel company Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (SID)
offered about $3 billion for two ThyssenKrupp AG (TKA.XE) plants in
Brazil and the U.S., Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing two
people familiar with the matter.
The report said Ternium SA (TX) is still in negotiations to buy
the plants.
