Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on February 9, 2017, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its fourth quarter and year-end 2016 financial results on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
