STOCKHOLM--Swedish truck maker Scania AB (SCV-A.SK) said Monday that Terex Construction, part of Terex Corp. (TEX), has chosen Scania's 16-litre V8 industrial engine to power its rigid dump truck, the TR60.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-Scania already supplies engines for Terex articulated dump trucks, the TA250s, TA300s and TA400s.

-Financial details not disclosed.

-At 0848 GMT shares traded 1.9% lower at SEK132.80.
