RAD Rite Aid Corp

Walgreen Co. (WAG) has sued Rite Aid Corp. (RAD), CVS Caremark Corp. (CVS) and Shopko Stores Inc., alleging misappropriation of Walgreen technology for refills via mobile phones, Bloomberg News reported Monday.

A spokesman for CVS said the company is "investigating this matter and cannot comment further on pending litigation," while a spokeswoman for Rite Aid declined to comment and a spokeswoman for Shopko didn't immediately respond to requests for comment, Bloomberg reported.
