Company (NYSE: MOS) today announced that Kelvin Westbrook, President and CEO of KRW
Advisors, LLC, has been elected to the company's Board of
Directors.

Mr. Westbrook established the firm KRW Advisors, LLC in 2007.
KRW provides strategic and general business and consulting services
to companies in telecommunications, media and other industries.
He previously founded Millennium Digital Media LLC, serving as
Chairman and Chief Strategic Officer, as well as President and
Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Westbrook served
as President and Chairman at LEB Communications (an affiliate of
Charter Communications), and as Executive Vice President of Charter
Communications, where he was responsible for operations in several
regions of the U.S. Earlier, Mr. Westbrook was a partner in the
national law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in
New York City, where he
specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Mr. Westbrook also serves on the boards of directors of Archer
Daniels Midland Co., Camden Property Trust, Stifel Financial Corp.,
and T-Mobile U.S. Inc.
A Washington native, Mr.
Westbrook holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from
the University of Washington, and a
Juris Doctor from Harvard Law
School.
