DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA), today announced it has entered into a
definitive agreement to acquire Totem Lake Family Medicine, a
renowned medical group with six board-certified family medicine
providers and one physicians assistant in Kirkland, Washington. The transaction is
targeted to close on April 1,
2017.
