New strategic affiliation with eBECS
strengthens CSC’s position as one of the world’s leading Microsoft
Business Solutions global integrators
CSC (NYSE:CSC), a global leader in next-generation IT services
and solutions, today announced a partnership with eBECS Ltd., the
2016 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for the United
Kingdom.
The two companies have entered into a strategic affiliation
arrangement in which eBECS will be CSC’s Channel Delivery Partner
for Microsoft Dynamics Business Solutions within the United
Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and other areas of EMEA and
North America. As part of the agreement, eBECS will be licensed as
an exclusive delivery partner for UXC Eclipse, the global Microsoft
practice for CSC as well as 2016 Microsoft Dynamics Reseller of the
Year in Asia Pacific.
The agreement includes a CSC investment in eBECS. Financial
terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
UXC Eclipse and eBECS are both focused on delivering end-to-end
business management solutions based on Microsoft technologies,
including Microsoft Dynamics 365, and its range of business
solutions delivered on premise or in the cloud. Together, the depth
of consulting skills and Microsoft Business Solutions experience
will extend the reach of the CSC’s Microsoft practice across the
United Kingdom, the Middle East, and nearby markets.
