                 Listing Rule 9.6.14: Additional Directorship



Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Martin Sawkins, a
non-executive director of Wincanton plc, has been appointed as a non-executive
director of Scapa Group Plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange,
with effect from 1 January 2015.
