In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company
announces that, as announced by Computacenter plc earlier today,
Philip Yea, Non-Executive Director of Vodafone, has been appointed
as the Senior Independent non-executive Director of Computacenter
plc and the Chairman of its Remuneration Committee with immediate
effect.
Also today, Philip Yea retires from the supervisory board of
Rocket Internet SE at the conclusion of its AGM.
