Despite Solavei’s Attempt to Halt Nationwide
Mobile Launch, Associates Eagerly Signing on New Customers
Stream has secured a temporary restraining order (TRO) from the
192nd District Court prohibiting Solavei from disparaging Stream.
As announced, Stream has moved forward with its planned nationwide
launch of Mobile Services by Stream, and Associates are already
eagerly signing on new customers.
“We’re ecstatic with the issuance of the TRO. Now we can focus
our efforts appropriately – continuing to build our energy business
and proceed with the nationwide launch of our mobile offering. We
feel vindicated and reassured knowing that Solavei will have to
answer to the court if it pursues disparaging Stream in the media,”
said Mark “Bouncer” Schiro, Stream president and CEO.
Stream officially launched its mobile offering as planned on
January 24, despite Solavei’s efforts to halt the planned launch
and celebration in Las Vegas. Powered by the largest GSM 4G LTE
network in America and one of the newest CDMA 4G LTE networks,
Stream’s mobile branch offers dependable cellular services within
the continental United States, boasting reliable coverage, fast
speeds, and the latest technology. Customers are able to choose the
network that works best for them. Without the limiting confines of
commitments or contracts, Mobile Services by Stream features
individual and group plans, starting at $30 a month.
“Our mobile offering will revolutionize the industry just as our
application of direct selling to energy did 10 years ago,” said
Schiro. “We can now resolve this case by working through the proper
legal channels as opposed to the news media, and emerge with
Stream’s good name intact.”
