President – Research of Adams Express (NYSE: ADX), effective
April 10, 2014.
Mr. Crain joined Adams Express in February 2012 as a research analyst covering the
health care sector. Prior to joining the Fund, he was an analyst
with M&T Bank in Baltimore,
MD, and in the Bank's Buffalo,
N.Y. headquarters. "This is a well-deserved promotion
for Steve. He works quite well in our disciplined philosophy
and process, identifying high-quality investments in the health
care space. The health care sector was our best performing sector
last year, thanks largely to Steve's good work," says Mark E. Stoeckle, CEO of the Fund.
Mr. Crain received his undergraduate degree in business from
Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y. He also received an M.B.A.
from Canisuis College and a Masters in Finance from the
University of Rochester's Simon School of Business. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Baltimore CFA
Society.
