LAS VEGAS, Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Konami Gaming,
Inc., a global leader in casino gaming and systems, announced that
its award-winning casino management system SYNKROS® has been
selected by Shoshone Rose Casino in Lander, Wyoming, to replace their existing
system. This installation introduces a comprehensive suite of
marketing capabilities, operational efficiency functions, and
customer experience enhancements spanning the casino's 325-machine
gaming floor, which will soon become more than 500 machines upon
completion of an upcoming expansion project that breaks ground in
spring of 2015.
"The SYNKROS system was chosen after careful review of all
casino management systems. Its ease of use, reporting capabilities,
and powerful marketing tools made Konami the clear choice"
commented Robert Pokorney, general
manager at Shoshone Rose Casino. "In addition, I have completed
SYNKROS installations at two other properties I have managed, so I
am already familiar with what Konami can do for a gaming
property."
"Shoshone Rose wanted to enhance the player experience for all
of their customers and by using SYNKROS solutions such as the
Advanced Incentives Bonusing Engine, they're able to customize
dozens of unique rewards for greater excitement and 'time on
device' for all levels of players," said Clark Warren, senior director, systems sales at
Konami. "We're thrilled for the opportunity to launch these and
many more features with one of our newest customers and work with
them to create the best casino gaming experience around."
Located along the spectacular Wind River mountain range and on a
route frequented by visitors to both Yellowstone and Grand Teton
National Parks, Shoshone Rose Casino is one of the most popular
casino entertainment destinations in the state of Wyoming. It is owned and operated by the
Eastern Shoshone Tribe. The Shoshone Rose Casino's slated expansion
is set to substantially increase its size including a hotel,
additional restaurants, more casino games, and other new leisure
and entertainment amenities.
"Another enhancement accompanying the SYNKROS installation is
the addition of True Time Tournaments—an innovative,
system-delivered slot tournament series that turns regular video
slot machines into tournament games without additional set up,
optioning, or shut-down," said Warren. "It allows for both
on-demand and traditional synchronized tournament games so the
property can offer its players a variety of bonus promotions in
whatever frequency the campaign allows. It helps set them apart and
creates more reasons for players to frequent Shoshone Rose
Casino."
