Director Shareholding

As announced on 23 September 2016, 56,100,000 fully paid ordinary Scotgold shares ("New Shares") were issued following the conversion of convertible loan notes by Nat le Roux, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

Scotgold announces that following the issuance of the New Shares the interest of Nat le Roux in the Company is as follows:
