Reporting of Transactions by
Members of the Executive Management - Grant of
Shares under Incentive Programme
In connection with Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S'
transition share programme (TSP) for 2016-2017 performance share
units (PSUs) granted to members of the Executive Management have
vested. A total of 41,615 PSUs granted to the Executive Management
have vested, corresponding to 50% of all PSUs granted to the
Executive Management under the TSP. Reference is made to the
announcements on 27 June 2016 and 20 September 2016 of the
implementation of the programme and the grants.
With reference to Article 19 of Regulation No.
596/2014 on Market Abuse the company hereby reports the following
