Out of an abundance of caution, Heinz is voluntarily expanding its recent withdrawal of one item to include one additional variety of infant food sold in jars in Canada.

There have been no confirmed reports of illness related to either product.

This precautionary action is being taken due to a small number of dented or popped safety caps found in this product. The potential loss of seal resulting from a popped safety lid could cause spoilage.

Pictures of the affected variety, along with UPC code, product description, package size, and production codes are shown below.

The Production Code information can be found on the lid of the jar. All date codes are included.

Heinz Canada is taking immediate action to ensure that any affected product is removed from store shelves. We recommend that consumers do not consume the affected product and contact Heinz for a full refund.
