India Pfizer: Aijaz Tobaccowalla to Succeed Kewal Handa as Managing Director

BANGALORE--Pfizer Ltd. (500680.BY), the Indian unit of drug
maker Pfizer Inc. (PFE), said Thursday Kewal Handa will resign as
managing director of the company with effect from Aug. 15.
Aijaz Tobaccowalla, who has been appointed additional director
of the company with immediate effect, will take over as the new
managing director, the drug maker informed the stock exchanges.
Mr. Handa would continue as an employee of the company until his
retirement on Aug. 31, it added.
