Exelon Corporation Declares Dividend

The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular
quarterly dividend of $0.3275 per share on Exelon’s common stock.
The dividend is payable on March 10, 2017, to shareholders of
record of Exelon as of 5 p.m. New York time on Feb. 15, 2017.
The dividend increased from the previous amount of $0.318 per
share, consistent with the Board’s Feb. 3, 2016, decision to raise
Exelon’s dividend by 2.5 percent annually through 2018.
