The Company has been informed that on 21 August 2015 Mr David Hough, a Director of the Company, purchased 6,000 Ordinary shares of the Company for inclusion in an ISA, at a price of £2.37348 per share.

Mr Hough now has an interest in 79,000 Ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.16% of the Ordinary shares in circulation.
