RTC announces that on 4 October 2011, G Hewett, an executive director of the Company, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). The Purchase takes his holding to 533,130 Ordinary Shares or 3.95 per cent. of the issued share capital.
