DLNA executives Dr. Stephen Palm and Duncan Bees will be
featured speakers at the CEATEC JAPAN 2016 conference in October.
They will focus on the organization’s recently announced DLNA 4.0
Certification program and how it will improve the media sharing
experience of consumers in their homes.
WHAT:
DLNA 4.0 Certification improves interoperability in the
connected home, where the adoption of a growing range of devices
and higher-resolution media formats has fueled demand for
additional capabilities that make it easier to share media without
user intervention. In addition, DLNA 4.0 enables better-performing
home networks, improving energy efficiency through the use of
power-state signaling while supporting IPV6 deployment models and
