On December 8, 2014, EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that Barry E. Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer, will attend and meet with investors at the Wells Fargo Securities Research, Economics and Strategy 2014 Energy Symposium in New York, on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.  Michael J. Garberding, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, also will attend the conference and meet with investors.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
