Results of AGM & EGM
Circle Oil Plc (AIM: COP) the international oil and gas
exploration, development and production company, is pleased to
announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, were duly
passed.
An Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") was also convened under
Section 1111 of the Irish Companies Act 2014 as required, and the
business of the meeting was concluded. There were no formal motions
put to the EGM.
A copy of the presentation given by the Company at the AGM will
