Reinforcing unwavering commitment to deliver truly exceptional interactions

Carenet Healthcare Services, a leading provider of care management and engagement solutions to healthcare organizations, is pleased to announce that Stacie Stoner, Carenet’s vice president of client and strategic services since 2011, has been promoted to the newly created role of vice president of customer experience.

In addition to overseeing client and strategic services, Stoner will be the primary voice of the customer, advocating for client, health plan member and patient needs throughout the organization by spearheading the design, implementation and promotion of practices and processes that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

“Delivering high-impact, high-value client, member and patient experiences across our entire range of interactions is absolutely vital for helping our healthcare clients meet the growing demands of the new healthcare consumer when it comes to better experiences, more choices and increased engagement in their health,” said Carenet Chief Operating Officer Vikie Spulak. “The creation of this role demonstrates Carenet’s unwavering commitment to deliver truly exceptional experiences that turn members and patients into raving fans. With her keen understanding of client, member and patient needs, I can’t think of anyone better than Stacie to lead this charge.”

"Helping members and patients navigate their way through the complexities of our healthcare system, and make the best decisions for their own health as well as the wellbeing of their family members, is a sacred trust. This belief is deeply embedded in Carenet's DNA,” said Stoner. “Leveraging our tremendous talent and technology, I am confident Carenet will set a new benchmark for customer experience.”
