LONDON--Holding company Cape PLC (CIU.LN) Tuesday said it has won a two-year extension to its contract with BP PLC (BP.LN), for fabric maintenance services at BP's onshore and offshore assets in Azerbaijan.

The extension, worth of $90 million, was signed through SOCAR Cape, a joint venture of the company which provides critical industrial services, focused on the energy and natural resources sectors.
