Result of EGM

The Board of the Company announces that the resolution that the Company's name be changed to Aberdeen Frontier Markets Investment Company Limited was unanimously passed at the EGM held earlier today.

The proxy votes received for the resolution were as follows:-

At the time of the above meeting, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 169,460,000 ordinary shares of no par value.
