Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) announced today that
its Parthenon Unified Memory Architecture LLC subsidiary has
entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Huawei
Technologies Co., Ltd. The agreement resolves litigation that was
pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Texas asserting patent infringement by certain Huawei
products.
