ABSOLUTE RETURN TRUST LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (THE "COMPANY") 
 
Delisting Announcement 
 
At an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 20 November 2013 
(the "EGM"), shareholders passed resolutions to wind-up the Company and 
appointed Ashley Paxton and Linda Johnson of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as 
joint liquidators (the "Liquidators"). 
 
At the EGM shareholders passed resolutions to apply to the UKLA for the 
suspension and subsequent cancellation of the listing of the Company's Shares 
on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of 
the admission of Shares to trading on the Main Market. 
 
The suspension of the listing of the Shares on the Official List took effect 
from 20 November 2013 and the register of members closed on the same day. 
 
The Liquidators are now in a position to announce that the cancellation of the 
listing of the Shares on the Official List took effect from 8.00 a.m. on 19 
December 2013 and the listing of the Shares on the Main Market ceased at close 
of business on 18 December 2013. 
 
Following the delisting, the Shares are no longer admitted to the CREST 
systems. As such, the Shares have been rematerialised from CREST and 
Shareholders will shortly be sent share certificates in respect of their 
respective holdings of Shares.
