ARM Holdings PLC (ARM.LN), a designer of chips used in smartphones and other devices, said Thursday that all resolutions were passed by shareholders at the annual meeting, though 18.78% of shares went against resolution 17 and 18.09% went against resolution 20.

-Shares closed Thursday at 514 pence valuing the company at GBP7.09 billion.
