Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of protein research tools, announces that 3,060 share awards, in the form of Nil Cost Options under the Abcam plc Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") made on 5 November 2014 to Jeff Iliffe, a Director of the Company, which arose as a result of an administrative miscalculation, have today been waived by the participant. The total number of shares under this award is now 31,610.
