Asia-Pacific operations with the strategic acquisition of
BolderView Systems, the Australian-based provider of solutions that
improve customer experience. Since 2013, BolderView has been a
trusted value-added reseller of IntelliResponse’s Virtual Agent
solution (now the [24]7 Virtual Agent) in the Asia-Pacific market.
Now, as a part of [24]7, BolderView will continue to provide
