LONDON--Technology company Mporium Group PLC (MPM.LM) said Tuesday it has secured a commercial agreement for its digital advertising platform, Impact, from WPP PLC (WPP.LN) unit Essence.

No financial details of the contract were disclosed.

Shares of Mporium at 1011 GMT trading 4.1% higher at 16 pence.
