LONDON--WPP PLC (WPP.LN) Tuesday said it has bought the remaining 49% interest in Taylor Nelson Sofres ICAP Market Research S.A., a market research agency in Greece, through its global operating network TNS, making it the sole owner of the agency.

TNS is part of Kantar, the data investment management division of WPP, said the provider of communications services.

The company didn't disclose any financial details of the acquisition.
