out of a field of 11 companies invited to participate in its study.

providers of both database operations and customer engagement
strategy in light of marketers' current needs to stay competitive

The survey covers 32 evaluation criteria across three categories
-- Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence -- and includes
responses based on in-depth customer references.
In the marketing database segment rankings, for current
offerings Wunderman had the highest scores in data resources,
database management and professional services and for market
presence it had the highest score in global support.
In the customer engagement strategy segment ranking, Wunderman
earned the report's highest scores for data resources, database
management, professional services and global support, and received
among the second highest scores for privacy and security.
