DraftKings, FanDuel in Merger Talks -Bloomberg

Fantasy-sports companies DraftKings Inc. and FanDuel Inc. are in
merger talks, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing people
familiar with situation.
A separate told person told Bloomberg that each company's
valuation has fallen by about 50% from last year's levels of more
than $1 billion.
