Company intends to celebrate its 30th anniversary this
year by making 30 donations of up to $30,000 each to selected local non-profit
organizations focused on education and healthcare.

world. This new corporate philanthropy program is one small
way we can further broaden our impact."
Hologic intends to provide the grants to selected non-profit
organizations with programs focused in one of two specific areas:
science, technology, engineering and math education; and healthcare
in areas of corporate interest, such as women's health. The
grants will be concentrated in communities around the world where
Hologic's employees work and live, and some may be disbursed over
multiple years.

applications must be submitted through this on-line portal.
Most of the grants will be distributed from the Hologic
Charitable Fund, which is managed by the San Diego Foundation.
