(RTTNews) - The Malaysian ringgit retreated from an early high against the U.S dollar in the Asian session on Thursday.

The Malaysian ringgit was trading at 3.2425 versus the greenback, off early 6-day high of 3.2343.

If the Malaysian ringgit extends its downtrend, it is likely to face support around the 3.26 area.
