In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule
5.6.1, Kier Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, as
at 31 July 2018, the Company's issued share capital comprised
97,660,163 ordinary shares of 1p each, with each share carrying the
right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2018
was 97,660,163.
