The FDA would have followed up with UHP on the Hemostyp application within 45 days of submission.

Since there are no rules or expectations from the FDA or SEC implying that they can’t share the information, UHP is choosing to not share it.

When they had positive application status in 2021 they shared the information immediately:

The all time high was over $2.00 (I want to say $2.14) in April of 2019. I am long, 6 plus years but I don’t see how a company is paying 2 billion for this. They could create their own similar product for half that cost. At this point, management has caused me to lose so much faith, I’d be happy to see something like $250-$500mil and get out over a $1 a share. Maybe on approval we can ride this back up over $1…if that ever happens

An update from UEEC on where we are with the FDA would be great. Per the FDA timeline, UEEC received a communication by May 7th-ish at the very latest.
