I know the FDA guidelines, and I know how to read a PR. Based on both the FDA PMA timelines and statements made by UHP, it is a certainty that the FDA has communicated with UHP since the PMA was submitted.

1). It is well before Memorial Day and he talking about women on the beach. This hints at someplace tropical or at least sub-tropical which are generally the most expensive places to live especially near the water.
2). He never misleads, cons, and attempts to sell scams on these forums unlike many others I see. This hints he is not nearly as needy for money as your post suggests compared to many others who post here.
3). He is very knowledgeable about investments and very aware of what is going on financially.
4). I spent a good number of years in my life living in coastal New England and coastal Florida. One of my very favorite activities was going to the beach. I noticed many people engaged in a wide variety of different activities (far too many to list-and quite a few that were things I have never done). It never occurred to me to judge them or look down at them by how they were enjoying themselves.
5). I know people make wrong assumptions about me all the time. I have learned to shut my mouth, never persuade them otherwise, and let them think and gossip whatever the hell they want including relatives. It gives my life far less interference.
6). I am not on a beach right now but it sounds like a great idea. I wish I had a mask and snorkel on swimming above a huge crab trying to reach up to me with his claw from some sunken boulders in New England or above a moray eel or barracuda in a reef in Florida while people laugh at how foolish it seems. Great times!!
7). Archeologists, among others, use metal detectors.
8). I don't know Zorax from a hole in the wall. But the above suggests to me the strong possibility you may be way off on your assumptions on how he is living and what kind of person he is. I don't think his ability is one to underestimate. I'm left wondering why someone as destitute as you describe is not pushing scams for a few extra bucks?

As I've stated before. UEEC has zero reason to update shareholders or issue a PR until there is something to actually write about. They are not going to spend money having a PR written that states "Still waiting on the FDA." We must be patient. Patient that the process is executing as it should. That UEEC is providing answers to any questions the FDA may have. That the FDA is following their process, doing site visits as needed, etc.

There is zero benefit for Brian or anyone else at this company to hide information, or slow play this. It's very clear, the eggs are all in one basket . . . getting FDA approval.

Let's all have a bit more patience, and fingers crossed for some good news as soon as the news is actually news and not just rumors or speculation.
