Just got off the phone with Austin legal group, They are still in the process of helping capital beverage but unfortunately capital beverage has not found anyone to merge with yet as of today, If anyone wants to call Austin legal group the number is on their webpage

The profile says "shell company", so an RM seems the the most likely plan at this point. Otherwise why bother to get it validated?

Maybe delay in filings is caused by negotiating a RM, and now it's almost there with the verified profile.
