Well... here's the thing:

They're not asking for more money, they're asking for more shares. Now, if the mgt is evil and all they're trying to do is run the company into the ground (as so many fudsters say ad nauseum), then why ask for more shares because they won't be worth anything.

Looking back it appears that they were SEC delinquent on May 20. I can't pinpoint when the OTC put them into the 15 day grace period. But it must be close. Do we see the filing, Expert Market or even a suspension and or a revocation soon?
