Unlike the 10Q that was published earlier the wording regarding this investor is the same. Except the last sentence that states that they are in the process of closing this transaction which was not in the earlier 10Q..

So Henry is using recycled toilet paper? As I said earlier OTCN on the ask, and has been all trading session, so Henry tried a pump PR/8k/CC announcement hoping to boost price for more of the same old same old used toilet paper. Is it more of the same the rest of the year again?

my guess is he needs more money and needs the price higher as more dilution coming and aint getting what he wants at these prices so puts out an old 8k but who knows with Henry as he only communicates with people that will spread his garbage Praying for everyone as Id love to see him succeed as have many friends and family that have substantial shares but i myself with only 50 thousand and dont have funds to add but want the best for everyone else May Luck be with you

We're just about at the end of this process . Phil will not get any funds until lenders are assured projects are confirmed. I would think lenders just don't take Henry at his word , they send their own people to check things out. Don't forget the government had a huge corruption problem and cleaned out a bunch of people. We don't know how corrupt the new guys are yet !

Sorry but it is a matter of who’s right and who’s wrong. It always is. Forget about the past. That can’t be changed. What matters is now. All PHIL longs, don't let these short sighted bashers stir you wrong here about PHIL. They have no idea of the complexities involved in dealing with cross-border transactions. Just sit back and relax! There were times over the years I cursed Henry and thought this was a fly by night scam operation. However, I have now totally changed my mind and believe 100% that PHIL will be successful and bring us longs huge returns. I think even bigger then the last run to .0194. I would say somewhere between $.02 to .05 per share within the first couple of months. Keep the faith and relax. Henry know what he is doing!!
