MultiCell Technologies is a biopharmaceutical company that hasn’t posted any new info in years.
In fact, the company’s been dormant for so long that its official website isn’t even in use by it anymore.
Instead, it has been snatched up and is being used for a German blog.
The company was founded in 1970 and of the last reporting only had two employees working for it.
Its headquarters is located in Woonsocket, R.I.
Gerald Newmin serves as the chairman, president CEO and CFO of the company.

Newmin is at least 86...

So are you like some genius programmer who created this amazing lie detection software that pinpointed MCET as the “MOST lying company”?
And can you tweak it to identify the “MOST lying posters on IHub”?
I can see that would be very useful…
Especially to a seasoned MCET veteran like yourself who knows board members, LOL

I knew a member of the MCET board. I knew what was going on, and I know what is going on with the posters here.



You can buy the entire company for a few bucks, but still have nothing.

Amazing how you’ve devoted an entire lifetime to sift through the thousands of OTC tickers only to crown MCET as the “most lied about ever”.

I’m surprised by the level of interest you exhibit in a company you have no financial stake in. No one here has solicited investments inMCET from you, so why invest so much time and energy in scrutinizing and criticizing individuals who have no direct impact on you?

Too funny. MCET does not exist, and hasn't for years. Nothing. The most lied about "stock" ever. You can probably buy all the shares for $500 if you could find somebody to sell them.

Your are right most sophisticated investors stay away from pink stokcs but some sophisticated investors have all kinds of information retail buyers have no access to. This is where big bucks are made.

I thought "sophisticated investors" will run away from Pink Sheets :) I'm not any expert to comment. Every Investor got their own reasons. Hopefully MCET will come to life some day. Currently odds are against us. Good Luck to all!

What out any news or real update. This is kind of sick joke. What is the point moving up. When there is no bid /ask support?. It can even go back even faster. I'm not even sure if retail is able to buy. Truly don't know what is going on.

Up 200%...then up 3000% .... then up 400% today..... going up slowly then ........!!

Maybe some company is looking into buying MCET as a shell company? All of my remaining shares are free shares so it doesn't matter much to me, I made my profit from MCET with the 2021 pump & dump run.

200% uptick followed by over 3000% .....Fiberman gone since January......

Not sure even how this is still able to trade. I am not aware of a brokerage that will fill it.

MCET has not existed for years. It's always amusing to stop by.

There are big moves going on in the Congress and Senators to reform the SEC, Finra etc.. to eliminate cover ups of short selling. This will bring new light to many stocks that are delisted to expert market.
