The EDC, Economic Development Council is guaranteeing the loan. The bank wanted different language in the guarantee than was originally agreed to. We had to satisfy that request to the banks specs and restart the underwriting process. When it's done we will announce receipt of funds. I am not going to give a time frame you will just have to be surprised. 👍If anyone doesn't have confidence in the company, beat it and sell. This happens with or without any particular person.

I don't know what is going on, the only positive thing I see here, is the WV gave $1.75mm. That adds credibility to the story. But being a former corporate banker, the guarantee is very simple and should have been down long ago. It's not like the bank is underwriting the company. They are underwriting the state because that is where the risk lies. Yes, the bank does want to know about the company and project, but at the end of the day, if the company defaults, the bank goes direct to the state for repayment, not the company. Something is not right.

I get the frustrations with the delay in funding for WV. We all wish it would have happened without a hiccup. But when issues come up or when the bank sends a request for more information, they just have to go through that process to work through that issue or provide requested information. I'm not making an excuse, but I have to believe the company is as frustrated as all of us. Whatever those issues are I have to personally we are close to getting them behind us.

Funding for WV is 💯 going to happen!

West Virginia, funnily enough, needs CLNV as much as CLNV needs the funding. West Virginia's economy is dying and coal is horrible right now. It's actually in better interest for W.V to fund them than not. Their economy tanked, jobs are scarce, their colleges are struggling. There really isn't much left.
